Kate

Tucked away deep in the woods in Lebanon County is a little park called Springhaven Woods. It is an unexpected gem off the beaten path where Kate entertained her guests at a shower for her first baby. I was blown away by how beautifully and tastefully the chapel in the woods was presented. Gorgeous, vintage furniture, a rustic farm table, gourmet foods, and perfectly-placed decorations set-off the stone-laid floor and towering archways. Not only that, but the glowing mother-to-be was as kind as she was pretty.

For anyone currently looking for a picturesque location for your wedding or event, I would suggest putting Springhaven Woods on your list of places to see. http://www.springhavenwoods.com/

Lauren and Shane

The Ribbon Mill in Carlisle was setting for Lauren and Shane's early May wedding. With its brick walls, high ceilings, and beautiful wood floors it lent to an updated loft feel. The bride's easy going vibe added a sense of ease to the day, not to mention the fact that she had an infectious smile. Another wedding day success. Congrats to the bride and groom.

Luke

I'm typically not one to take senior pictures. I find it challenging to get excited about the end result, especially when the subject is a teenage boy. How far removed from a bride in a beautiful flowing dress can it be? I've gotten accustomed to the beauty, elegance, sweetness, and romance in the images that can unfold in a wedding. The standard teenage male's images are a stark contrast from what I'm used to. However, I was pleasantly surprised by some of Luke's final images and these are a few of my favorites.

Holly and Paul

Ahhh! So I loved the newest portrait session I did with Holly and Paul. This was my first time doing a 'One Year Later' anniversary session and I discovered that I actually love it. LOVE. It's like all of the best part of the wedding without any of the hassle. Just plain fun in a beautiful dress and a very cool blue suit. Unfortunately, it ended early due to a monsoon that drenched us an hour into the fun. But there will be a 'part 2' for these two good sports who went home a little more disheveled than they arrived. To be continued...

Oh, and by the way, if anyone out there is interested in an 'after the wedding' shoot, I would be happy to accommodate.
